Aircraft composite construction covers fiberglass, Kevlar, carbon fiber, and metal to metal bonding. We repair and fabricate in all of them, and we specialize in carbon fiber.

Composite damage is where a lot of service centers stop. It is where we start. Diamond Aircraft refers composite repairs to us that fall outside what other centers take on, and we repair damaged Diamond aircraft from across North America.​
The work runs from cosmetic delamination to major structural damage. Bird strikes, hangar rash, hail, ground handling damage, and impact repair on wings, control surfaces, cowlings, and fairings.
Repair and Fabrication
When a part can be repaired, we repair it. When it cannot, we fabricate a new one. Our shop is equipped for layup, bonding, and finish work in fiberglass, Kevlar, carbon fiber, and metal to metal bonded structures, and repairs are finished to match the surrounding surface.
