Services
From annual inspections to structural damage most shops refer out, we handle the full life of your aircraft. Everything below is performed in house at Rowan County Airport by FAA licensed A&P mechanics with IAs on staff.
General Maintenance
Annual and 100 hour inspections, troubleshooting, paint, and avionics updates. We run 2 to 4 annual and 100 hour inspections a week, and the majority are Diamond aircraft.
Composite Repair
Fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and metal to metal bonding, repaired or fabricated new. We take on composite work other service centers refer out, including repairs Diamond Aircraft sends to us directly.
Major Structural Repairs
Structural and airframe damage repaired to factory standard. As an authorized Diamond service center we repair damaged Diamond aircraft from across North America, including the DA50.
Diesel Engine Service
We service both Technify / Continental and Austro diesel engines as a service partner to both builders, with the tooling, manuals, and experience to handle any diesel issue that comes through the door.
LSA / ROTAX / Experimental
20 years of Rotax experience across Tecnam, Pipistrel, Sling, and Sport Cruiser. Dynon and Garmin panel updates, sheet metal, fiberglass, and tubing repair.
Aircraft Refurbishment
Interior, paint, and avionics brought back to current standard. Tell us what you have in mind and we will scope it for you.
Sail Plane Repair
Experienced with repairs across a wide range of sailplanes, including general maintenance, gel coat removal, and PPG paint replacement.
Parts
Hard to find and aircraft specific parts, carried and shipped. Certified service and parts dealer for Diamond Aircraft and Tecnam.
